Therapy Rates
What is your rate per therapy session?
Therapy rates are for a standard 45-minute individual or family session:
- Elizabeth is a licensed clinical social worker and a certified EMDR therapist; her therapy rate is $275.
- Moriah is a licensed psychologist, and her therapy rate is $300.
Payments are to be made after every billable service, late-cancellation, or no-show fee in accordance with our policies listed in our privacy practices. It is important to us that our clients not accrue debt on their client account with us; therefore, a balance must be paid before having the next session/service. Payment may be made: (a) directly through the invoice generated and sent following each service; or (b) by consenting autopay and saving a card on file.

Do you accept insurance?
We accept Columbia University Student Health Insurance.
Otherwise, like most private mental health practitioners in New York, we are considered “out of network” providers. This means that some of our clients pay fully out of pocket, and others pay our fee up-front and then receive partial reimbursement from their insurance provider in accordance with their out-of-network insurance benefits.
Depending on your insurance policy, some (not all) policies will offer partial reimbursement to you for out-of-network services.
In our experience, reimbursement is common, and most of our clients are reimbursed for 50 to 100% for the cost of their sessions if they have out-of-network mental health coverage.
How can I get reimbursement?
We automatically send you a Super Bill at the beginning of every month for the services of the month prior. You can then submit the super bill directly to your insurance provider. They will reimburse you directly based on your out-of-network insurance benefit
